1. Scope & Definitions

These terms and conditions apply to all guides, templates, and books (collectively, “Products”) provided by DirkJan, operating under the brand Helping Hustle^™. 

2. No Professional Advice

All side-hustle practice steps, strategies, and exercises in the Products are for educational and informational purposes only. DirkJan is not a financial advisor, legal expert, or Google employee. Results from these exercises may vary heavily based on individual effort, market conditions, and changes in third-party software or platforms. 

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, DirkJan’s total liability for damages resulting from the use of the Products—including technical issues, data loss, or financial setbacks resulting from following the exercises—is strictly limited to the amount the user paid for the specific Product. DirkJan is never liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or deliberate recklessness.

4. Digital Content & Waiving the Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing or downloading a digital Product from Helping Hustle^™, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that once the download or streaming of the digital content begins, you lose and waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period (herroepingsrecht), in accordance with Article 6:230p sub m of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

5. Statutory Product Updates

In accordance with Dutch digital conformity laws, free and paid Products are delivered “as-is” as static digital content. DirkJan is under no legal obligation to provide ongoing functional, security, or software updates to the Products after the moment of delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. AI Usage Disclosure

In compliance with the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act, DirkJan discloses that Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools were utilized to assist in the structuring, drafting, and optimization of these materials. All final concepts, steps, and information have been entirely reviewed, edited, and verified by DirkJan to ensure human oversight.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
